Happy Birthday Jelly Cake

It's always a challenge making jelly cakes... cos it takes a lot of time and patience to pour layers over layers over the jelly. Not too much force when pouring and needs to pour the next layer just at the right time else the jelly will not gel together.. This mould is no longer in production. It's a 2nd hand mould which I ordered from USA.. I love it....
