Cheesecake with jelly topping
This is a very popular jelly cheesecake. I have customers repeatedly placing orders.
Barbie doll cake
This is the barbie doll cake which I baked for my daughter to celebrate her birthday at the childcare centre. No mould was used. I used a long jagged knife to cut and trim around the 3 layers of cakes .
